'Will this take a lot of my time?'

The goal is to get you back your precious time allowing you to prioritize your energies on other pressing matters and your unique gifts! I often hear "I don't have time right now to ... " and admittedly I say the same thing in my life. I understand that even the smallest change in your business can take time to implement. I also understand most business owners do not want to spend time on financial things. 

Once we get through the initial onboarding process which includes a one-time, done-with-you system access setup together, then your time commitment would be either a 30-minute call or a quick video recording monthly. 

My VIP days are how we can utilize one day each month to focus on your bookkeeping or complete a one-time project. This will help to eliminate the back-and-forth communications and get you quick results!
Note: I have a minimum 3-month initial engagement period to make the transition as comfortable and seamless as possible. 

Please think of this initial investment of our time together as the start of a long-term partnership, where you know you have a trusted professional who has your back!

'Where are you located?'

Although I am located in South Carolina, my business is 100% virtual. I help business owners all over the US. 

'Do I need a CPA or Accountant to do this work?'

CPAs would only be required to sign off on an official audit of a publicly traded company and they often charge higher rates than that of a bookkeeper. I will collaborate with your tax preparer or CPA and provide them with any requested reports throughout the year and at tax time.

'Do you provide tax services?'

I do not do taxes or give tax advice. I am knowledgeable on tax strategy at the bookkeeping level. I will work with you to maximize deductions, minimize tax liabilities, and ensure compliance with tax regulations while staying true to your ethical principles throughout the year to prepare for tax time. I am also happy to communicate with your tax preparer/CPA.

'Do you process payroll?'

I process payroll through my preferred vendor, Gusto. I am happy to get you set up on payroll through Gusto and then I will enter payroll and reconcile the books to the payroll reports. 

'What accounting software do you work with?'

I am comfortable with QuickBooks Online and Wave Apps. 

'What should I expect when working with you?'

Integrity, open communication, love, light, honesty, dependability, organization, family time, positivity, and finding the fun and joy in life are all very important to me.

I understand that financials are extremely personal and intimate. Handing over these details and controls can be uncomfortable. I am an empathetic partner and collaborator. I am here to bring awareness and offer practical solutions with openness and acceptance

The majority of my working hours take place Monday-Thursday, 9:30 AM-3:30 PM EST. Work is 100% virtual. I will communicate with you in advance if I am unable to meet deadlines or need to reschedule our calls.


I am discreet and take cyber security seriously. Your trust is of utmost importance to me, and I will take every measure to safeguard your information. I use LastPass to allow you to securely share user names and passwords.

I will do my best to accommodate your preferred style of communication however I typically use Zoom for monthly calls, Slack or Voxer for quick updates, and email for project updates or statuses. In truly urgent matters, we can call or text.  

In regards to transferring data, you will have a dedicated Google Drive folder for uploading shared documents. Many clients find that it is easiest to provide me with read-only or accountant access to their online bank statements and credit card statements.

We will have a signed client agreement and a Non-Disclosure agreement in place. Payments are due on the first of the month for the current month for VIP Retainers or before the start of a VIP Day Experience.

'Do you have a Client Referral Program?'

When a referral signs a contract and pays their first invoice, the referring person/business will receive a payout of 10% of that initial invoice. 

'I am ready to get started! What do you need from me?'

Yay!! Me, too!

  1. Get in touch by scheduling a Clarity Call. Here, we can see if we vibe and confirm what route to take for your business.

  2. Once we are both ready to proceed, you will sign the contract, pay the initial Invoice, complete the Onboarding Questionnaire, and have a quick onboarding call.

  3. After our Onboarding Call, we will Schedule your VIP day.

  4. On your VIP Day, you will get your results quickly with ease and convenience!

  5. Post-intensive support will be provided

The longer we work together, the more hands-off you can be!
